User Content and Photo Upload Terms

Your notes and photos remain yours. You give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, adapt and display them so we can run FieldNote, and so an approved photo can appear on the café page it belongs to.

That you took the photo or have the right to share it, that it shows the café or the coffee rather than identifiable people who have not agreed to appear, and that your note reflects your genuine experience. Fake or incentivised reviews may breach the Australian Consumer Law.

Content that is false, misleading, defamatory, harassing or discriminatory. Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trade mark or privacy. Impersonating a café, roaster or another person. Marketing dressed up as a review.

Photos you submit for a café page are reviewed before they appear publicly. We may decline or remove content that breaches these terms or the law, and repeated breaches can lead to account suspension.

Your FieldNotes are private to you unless you choose to share a card or submit a photo for a café page. Deleting a note removes it from your journal; an approved photo can be removed by asking us at info@fieldnotecoffee.com.au.
